I finish my one year contract on the 30 November, what date do I have to leave Korea to avoid any overstay charges? |

You have to be OUT OF THE COUNTRY by midnight on the expiry date indicated on your ARC.

on the left hand side of the page you will see a link to "ALIEN REGISTRATION CARD". Click the link. |

That's sound advice as the date on your contract may not match the date on your contract.
That happened to me and I had to get my ARC extend at immigration.

I needed to get a months extension once in Busan because I wanted a break between contracts.
I went to the immigration office to explain I wanted to travel around Korea and spend some of the money saved while working.
They said they would only give me a two week extension as a full month is too long to travel around Korea apparently.
I also had a friend who overstayed by three days and she had to pay a good lump of a fine on the way out. |
