I leave for Korea Oct. 5. Somewhere along the line, either my employer or immigration got my birth date wrong, an error which has invalidated my immigration number. I found this out when I went to Atlanta for the visa and they turned me away. (I was hoping it would pass unnoticed).
Anyway, is my only option to wait for a new immigration number, or should I start planning to arrive on a tourist visa and let my employer pick up the tab for a visa run? |

| Why don't you just ask your prospective employer or the recruiter to re-submit your forms with the proper information? There's still time to do it. If in fact you have already, and they suggested shady means, I don't think I would give them any further consideration. |
