Was shopping online and found that the Korean language pages of some foreign online stores are now blocked (was shopping for health supplements for sports). Instead, I'd get this white page with phone numbers in Seoul when using Explorer (it's been updated to a more colorful page that still has the number, but also a message from the Korean Internet Safety Commision). Check www.mass119.com (a site that's been recommended by a member in another thread) with Explorer to see what I mean. If you visit the site via a proxy, you'll see that it's still online.

it's not blocked for me. I suspect that your internet connection has a porn/safe surfing thing automatically set up. Call your ISP and ask to have it disconnected. We had the same thing when we got first connected - one phone call and 30 minutes later it was gone.

Yeah Superhero's got it right. I used to get that when I was on Thrunet. I called them and they stopped. Its a pron blocker, but gets mixed up sometimes. The mass119 site works fine from here.

Yeah, probably. What puzzles me is that the message on the page is from the official sounding Korean Internet Safety Commision (won't bother to print the Korean name).
