Considering attacks on foreigners appear to be escalating, some involving multiple ajosshis on one person, and knowing the whole gang will go scot free while you are sued for your injuries,... what is your recommended weapon?

Hyper-aggressive roaming gangs of xenophobic ajossis with full legal immunity is a little over the top, don't you think? Desperate times call for desperate measures.

Dill pickles- Can't seem to find them anywhere except the black market. I'll carry a stash of sliced pickles in my back pocket and whip'em out like chinese stars.

Maybe it'll have some kind of adverse reaction like garlic on vampires.

Or he'll be thankful and he'll buy a bottle of ol'Jinro. We'll sit on the curb and finish off the rest of my pickles.

In all sincerity, a cool head is the best defense.

Weapon of choice: Common sense.

2nd best: My two feet. First use is for getting the h#ll out of the situation, especially since there is no self defense clause in the Korea for foreigners. Second use is for smashing the knee caps, genitals or skulls of attackers. Then refer to first use.

3rd best: A syringe full of contaminated goat blood. Please don't kill the goat when extracting, a small amount works just fine.

If common sense fails, I prefer to use the lock from my scooter. The only time I came close to swinging it at a person was a dumbass drunk Kiwi dressed as a nun last Halloween.

If you come in around the top swinging that thing, it's gonna be easy as hell to block or catch. What you wanna do is snap it at the face like a whip.

Failing that, you can use it like a nunchaka.

I usually use my ability to predict the future. That's how come I've never been hit by a car.
