|
|
Does anyone know if it's possible to hire a maid or some type of housekeeping service to thoroughly clean one's apartment (brooming, washing & drying both dishes and clothes, folding/hanging clothes, and taking out the trash)
Do these services exist at all? If so, are they common and available everywhere, or only in the affluent areas of Seoul? What kind of prices are charged? and for which sevices?
Also, can anyone recommend any great cleaning services?
Thanks. |

Yup...I have a woman in twice a month and she scrubs the holy hell out of my place for 30,000 a pop. She even cleans the trash cans.
Ask your building manager/super/realtor, or ask around at your school. Chances are one of your Korean coworkers will know someone in the area, or at least can ask any of the parents if they know someone. |

The best way indeed is to ask around, and get people to show you a person. |

Is it possible to get a cute, 20-something maid? I'm asking for a friend. |
