| I need to get both a new ARC and permission to work at a place other than the hagwon. Is it possible to double-dip and get both done at the same time? Should I pre-buy a bottle of whiskey to make this happen? |

| I believe if you have the proper paperwork, immigration should be able to do both at one time, but it all depends upon who you talk to at immi. |

Depending on the guy at the counter you MAY be allowed to do both at one time.
Technically you must have your ARC before you can make the application but like your re-entry sticker, they often will do both at the same time just for convenience. |
