In Seoul, will it be hard to get an English full install version of either Win98SE or XP Pro? (My preference, believe it or not, is Win98SE.) |

For a desktop, either/both are available but win98 is scarce. You can also download and burn a copy in under an hour.
If you meant a LEGAL copy and not a pirate, then still yes. Go to the Microsoft desk on the 8th (maybe 7th) floor of Yongsan station and get an OEM copy for about 110k won. |

Microsoft has discontinued support and updates for win98 and ME. Get XP pro, because at least then, your computer will be able to get security updates for several more years. |
