She was practically dragged to class by her mother despite needing to study for the big middle school tests.
And I gave a pretty interesting class as well. |

If you can do it without hurting your class or getting in trouble with your boss, cut her slack and let her study for her exams... |

I hate this time of year. Even though I'm teaching from The Book and they're being tested on it this week, they're still falling asleep and doing other things (subjects).
I !CRUSHED! a grade 3 class this morning for it. I know they're stressed out, but me standing there, talking to thin air, drives me nuts. |

There's nothing more depressing than standing there trying to teach English to a student who's busy trying to memorise a list of English vocabulary she'll have forgotten next week, is there? |

I let the girl do her thing, that was to moan and groan and make my other students feeling a little uncomfortable. She gave me the rolled eyes many times so I guess she didn't want to be there.
Kids, you just got to take a deep breath and let them grow. |

The obvious choice is simple. If she rolls her eyes at you, then roll them right back. I think she might need them later. |
