Heading back to Canada for a few weeks tomorrow. I'm currently on a single entry E-2 and will return mid-October. The last time I left and came back on an E-2 was over a year ago. I remember at Incheon I had to go to the immigration office, fill out a form, and pay 30,000 for a re-entry permit. Does anyone know if this process has changed given some of the crackdowns over the past year? I seem to remember that the form had a spot for a photo but they never asked for it. Time is tight and I may not be able to get one before tomorrow afternoon. My trip planning has gone smoothly so far, I don't want an unpleasant surprise upon arriving at Incheon. Recent travellers? |

Are you sure about this?
I thought arrival/departure cards were filled out by everyone traveling internationally. |

Nope. They just changed it -august 1. So you no longer need to do it. I didn't do it when I went to cambodia in August. |

You must be from the states.
You get a multi entry visa but are only allowed 30 days on a B1 stamp when the rest of the planet gets 90 days but have to obtain a re-entry permit. |
