| Walmart, Costco, and party supply stores are your best bet for new items. Used ones, well, you'll have to wait and see if anyone on the board has anything up for grabs. |

go to Naemdaemun market a couple of weeks before halloween...
(where the stationery section is ((near Moons import (((foreign products))) is)) )
they sell heaps halloween stuff there at a very cheap rate compared to most other places..... |
