Personally I can climb wet stairs in slippers, send a text message, carry a cup of coffee, greet students, wave to the principal, fend off kids, and smile -at the same instant.

I get 5 minute breaks between classes so I don't do it all at once but I can cram it all into 5 minutes.

Check my phone for texts, text back if needed, go to the bathroom, get some water, eat a snack, check my email, grab the book for the next class, say hi to the new kids.

Put one foot up on the chair.
Breathe through my mouth.
