multi entry visa and arc to re enter country

so do i need to take my arc with me when i leave korea for vacation??? i am worried i may lose my arc while overseas and need to know if its a requirement to have it on my person when leaving / arriving back in korea....

btw i do have a multi entry visa permit in my passport...

You may be asked for your ARC at the boarding gates. It proves residency in Korea. Take it with you. Just remember to treat it like your passport (or simply tape it onto the inside back cover of your passport if you are worried).

IF you do lose it. No big deal. A replacement is NOT difficult to get and only costs you 10k won. Your passport is the important document.

Since you are going to Cebu (I assume on a package?) and you are staying at one of the nicer hotels you won't have a problem.
