Preface: I'm no creeper. Quite the contrary actually (but i guess a genuine creeper would say that...so, um, well...)
We chatted at Suwon Station last Friday night. I was meeting a friend who had flown in from Germany so I was in a bit of a rush. We talked about meeting up at NOW bar in Yeongtong later on but I got stuck in Suwon.
A long shot I know...but maybe someone here knows said individual.
again: no creeper.
