Seoul Officetel for rent, available now. Fairly new and clean. Electronic door keypad and building keypad, typical korean bathroom setup (i.e. no bathtub), air conditioner, slide out fridge, gas stove, closet, washer (but no dryer), large arm chair, possibly a television on a stand.
24 hour convenience store on first floor. Shopping area about 10-15 minutes walking distance, as well as open markets and grocery store.
About $500 a month plus utilities and security deposit. Can give exact figures to anyone who is interested (except for the utilities, depends on how much you use).
