A man has appeared in court charged with possessing a knife and assaulting a police officer following a security breach at Downing Street.
Byung Jin Lee, 32, was arrested when he climbed over a 6ft high set of iron railings at the back of the prime minister's residence on Sunday.

I wonder what his beef was with the PM. The Korean site says that he lived in the US for 5 years but that he had a Korean passport.
