shops, maybe about 1/4th

bars and resturants-99% will be open especially those that cater to foreigners (I know for a fact 3 alley will be open)

I think most places, including most restaurants would be closed, but you could find some bars and such open. Probably more of the same tomorrow, but a lot of places should be open by early evening... Sunday should find most places open... (I don't really know for sure - just giving a fairly educated guess ...)
