| The first time I heard "Foley" I thought they meant Tom Foley from Washington. He is a Democrat. |

hasn't been in congress since he lost in 1994. |

Does anyone remember the innuendo-laden "attack campaign" that some GOPers directed against him when he became speaker? There was a memo circulated that was called something like "Tom Foley: Out Of The Liberal Closet!" |
