Well, wish us luck, my girlfriend and I are 3 hours away from flying to Seoul to teach...man are we nervous!! If anyone would be kind enough to meet up next weekend or a little after we've arrived, it'd be much appreciated, although I hope we can find a pcbang to check and see if anyone is interested. Is there any form of a welcoming commitee for expats? I'm not saying we're needy, but a bit would help. Oh well, hope to meet some of you while we're over there!

Hmm, I'm sure some of the Seoulites here will show you a good time. I'd say put off any celebrations for a few days . . . your first day here will be crazy enough.

No sweat. Just walk along any street and keep your eyes on the second floor...when you see 'PC' anywhere, you are in.

An even easier way: Go to any convenience shop and ask: PC bahng ah-dee-a-yo? (long a)[/quote]

I leave in 15 days and I'm both excited and terrified. My husband is coming a month and a half after me so he hasn't quite reached my level of terror/joy.

Man, is there a bunch of crap you have to do or what?

Have a great/safe trip!!!
