Any advice would be appreciated.
I get together with a group of tight knit expats, Korean natives, and gyopos and we were knocking around the idea of a magazine for expats and Korean gyopos in Korea.
I know that a few have come and gone (for whatever reasons).
I don' have the resources or wouldn't know the first thing to get it started up. But my Korean friend is seriously considering it, says she has some financial "backers", and seems to have a lot of connections to publishing. She's actually a writer for the Korea Herald.
She's got a lot of ideas, but I'm not sure if she has a firm grasp of the revenue model, etc. Asking for my advice is like asking a log..
If anyone has any suggestions, advice, or what not, we get together every couple of weeks, and she's interested in meeting up with some people who have had experience in something like this or would like to partner up with her.
If you're interested, drop me a pm.
Thanks, steven. |
