This post is intended to suck the saused ones here so that they bother no one else, but shey have company in the company of their sauce.
If you swilled or guzzled or sipped or pounded and would like company, you have stumbled into the right place because no one is more effusive as a drunkard one. Let's keep this place as a permanent play ground. It don't need to be sticky because some one will ALWAYS post.
Tell me a rant a story or a song, and I will listen. Any flames or self actualizations are welcome, as long as it only stays here and no knuckle head takes it personal.
(Man, I read over my own post and I am having a lucidity that even surprises me in my state--Le'ts see how long that lsasts though)
My fwie and I went to one of the Oh-dang bars and had us some soju and Oh-dang and I'm chasing with whisky (or lookin at it in front of me knowing I'll be sick to do it). She's konked out, and I'm still thinkin' I got some swiling left in me.
SO WHADDA YA SHAY? (I need a really good quote here to woo--whoozy! Whoozy!!! Blahhhh!!!!!) Just jokin' still holdin'
EDIT: Additonal information after initial post:
When I made this thread (when I was drunk), I was thinking that this would be more of a slam poetry/prose thread. I will moderate this thread to give more direction, but now that I am sober, I am torn whether to post replies while sober.
You do have to be drunk to post a submission, and I would appreciate comments on the poetry/prose post, whether you are drunk or sober.
P.S. I am adding additional lines above in the OP to give new comers here better direction than when I gave misdirection when swillin'.

Thats an interesting advert for posting, so I will bite. Why not, if everyone was exactly the same what a boring world we would live in. So I will try to write in a manner to give a bit of difference to this world.
Birds of a feather flock together, but only when they live in the same cage. The rest fly in their own way and follow each breeze to its home. They ride the currents, taste the air and feel no fear of what will come, because good or bad, only chickens in the coop wait for the knife when they can't lay the eggs. The rest of the flock without the coop fly free and land where their heart sets them free. Join the birds of the air, they go where their eyes and their beak lead them, unlike the birds of the coop who go where the nearest meal is even if it leads them to the cooking pot. |

Henry Miller could be effusive in his speech and writing when he had the right sauce in him or the right muse. (I actually heard a tape of him reading excerpts of his writing.)
Maybe this thread could be one for drunken prose or verse, as is the "birds of a feather" writing. But, come now post if you are drunk and will be effusive in your writing.
Because tonight is the lunar new year's first full moon, my wife had me bite into a peanut to spit it out and drink some Sprite-like soda. We then had Oh-kok-bap (or five grain rice) and a bunch of steamed greens, as is apparently tradition. Many kids will make bond fires tonight and adults will play some games (I think that 4 sticks board game--I don't know what it's called). That's all weird.
Let's all be weird! |

WHAT IS LUNAR NEW YEAR?
LOONEY NEW YEAR MORE LIKE!
I genuinely don't know what this is. I asked my friend - who obviously didn't know what he was talking about - and he said it's when the Moon orbits the Earth. Bo11ocks! The Moon orbits the earth in 28.4 days or something. So, apart from being a complete load of *beep*, what is Looney New Year? And assuming it's less than a proper year, why don't we have more than one looney new year in a proper year?
I got mashed at Carne Station in Hongdae last night. I hate Carne Station to be honest. The food SUCKS! It sucked the first time I went but it sucks even more now. All the meat is frozen and tasteless, so I drunkenly snarled to a Korean girl who works there - SHEEBAL MASHI OB DA. Just kidding with the last bit.
I'm gonna go for a walk round downtown to walk off my killer hangover. But seriously - Looney New Year....WHAT ARE THEY ON?
I hate noise. I hate builders. There's some officetel being built right near my apartment and it's god damn noisey. Guys hitting big pieces of metal with hammers - that's not gonna build you anything, guys. Where I come from you put one brick on top another many times until you have a big building and then stop. Sometimes they start their hammering at 8am, the maggots! |

Get outta here! You're supposed to be drunk to post here -- no faking, no matter how convincing the act.
