I'm having soft tacos tonight. I need to goto Costco this weekend though. I will be out of cheese! They have Oregon Tillamook Chedder Cheese there for about 8,000 won (2lb block). Some of the best damn cheese you'll taste!

Roast chicken with home made stuffing and stovetop on the side for my american friends, gravy, mashed potatoes, asparagus, broccoli with home made cheese sauce, cranberry sauce, green bean casserole, smoked gouda and french brie with rolls, all followed up with home made rocky road squares and pumpkin pie. I did a Canadian Thanksgiving with everything but the Turkey which doesn't seem to be available yet. Very Happy
