I recently left JungChul after being treated quite poorly for the majority of my year. Wasn't paid on time, had mysterious deductions from my pay. But the worst was in how I was treated by the owner, manager and head teacher. I've been kinder to month-old leftovers.
On the other hand, the students (95% of them) are wonderful... but, that was not enough to make it a pleasant experience.
Oh, right.. and the apartment is very small, with a flourishing insect community.
Hope this helps someone!

For the record, I had an awesome three and a half years ast a Jungchul on Geoje Island. And there was another one on the island, under different ownership.
Each Jungchul is totally independent of each other, except for shared books and c.d.s and yearly "Golden Bell" type competition in Seoul for the best to congregate to. It's a franchise operation, NOT chain school.
So please be more specific with your warnings. Or don't and field PMs when people apply. |

The OP is a troll.
Hey troll, tell us which Jung Chul. I worked at one in JINJU and it was generally not bad. Even with the business going down the drain the owner paid me everything in full without any problems. |
