I knew if I waited around long enough black denim pants would come back! Frankly, I've always felt as long as Ric Ocasek was alive, black jeans would always be in style. I've been proven right. Oh fabulous day. |

The cool kids (not the bogons or the muntas) have been wearing tight black jeans in New Zealand with is-it-ironic? mullets for more than a year now. The style is called something like 'stealthpipes'. It's an ugly fashion but I think it has stopped breeding finally - that is, it's become mainstream and it's just up to the non-trendsetting masses to cycle through and dilute it. |

Ah-sa!
I have a pair of black jeans in a box here for cool winter day hikes. In good condition, having chosen blue jeans for that option most times. Maybe I can wear black jeans in public again and not feel a decade behind in style.
But for those who might be wondering: acid wash will never be popular again. That was an eight-month fad, a loooong time ago. Throw them out already! |

It may not be a world fashion centre, but New Zealand says you're wrong. |

Agree with the first three, but a blazer? I haven't worn one of those since I was in highschool/. |

Who cares what you wear as long as there's no Hello Kitty emblazoned on it. |

I don't see what's so offensive to people about black jeans. They're rather simple and unassuming and they match with most clothes. I'll never understand the jeans some girls wear that fade around the ass. Why uglify a perfectly good ass? |

Black jeans are great for hot, skinny girls between the ages 18-32.
They don't work for anybody else. |

Here, here!
I have to say, though, I've been overseas for so long I have no clue what's in fashion and what isn't. . . . and I have to say, I don't give a $h!t! How liberating! Gimmie those black jeans, baby! |

Yeah, but they fade and faded black jeans dont look cool.
Then again, I had a pair of black jeans about ten years ago time to get back on the bandwagon? |
