Basically these are all Solid, REAL wood chairs with CANEBACK - not your 'found on the street' sort of furniture. I'm selling because my house is too small. The sofabed is Free IF you buy the rest of the stuff. I live near Edae Station on the green line; I can arrange a Damas to deliver this stuff for about another 10,000 won to most places near Itaewon, Shinchon, Mapo, etc.

First come, first serve! This is not a bad deal! I'm trying to sell this as a package but am fairly negotiable.

After getting some initial pokey, tire-kicking offers from people, I realize I'll need more incentives to motivate people (or maybe it's because half the people on Dave's furnish their entire house with street garbage)...so I'm willing to throw in free delivery in MAPO GU and ITAEWON areas (or similar distance, in that radius from Edae, where I live)

I doubt you'll get a better offer.
