has anyone here ever driven/rode the bugak skyway?
i'm wanting to go check it out, but someone told me that it's behind cheonghwadae and therefore it's restricted. i don't know where it is exactly, but i have a map... |

| Pass Kwanghwamun on your right, then take the first right at the edge of the palace. Follow it up. You won't be able to take a bike all the way, cars only. You are probably going to Palgakjeong, the wedding hall/gisaeng house up at the top. It's pretty cool. Take a cab. |

2-wheeled traffic is not allowed on Namsan or Bugaksan anymore.
All those kids on bikes firing RPG's at the Blue House, I guess. |
