I have two sub-sections of Seoul on which I'd like to get some basic info:
Wangshipri
Shingil-dong
Are they good/bad, cultural meccas/plainsville, expensive/cheap, poor/rich, a nice place to work/avoid like the plague, etc...

Wangshimni is good, close to the old city center.
Singil-dong is slum housing in the worst corner of town. |

The Wang seemed to be a very crummy area of town when I checked it out.
Wangshipei needs to be distinguished from de utter Wang, nay? |
