Icheon admittedly more money but the director deducts money from my monthly wage for all utility bills. I dont think that this is normal?

Any views on how these 2 areas compare would be much appreciated. Im sending the docs today....and driving myself mad trying to decide which position to opt for.

As long as the boss gives you the receipts and the bills to prove what he's taking out is actually being paid, I don't see a problem with this. But I wouldn't do it. I'm the type of guy who likes to pay my own bills and not let anyone else mess with them.
