Go to the last train stop (line #1) to Incheon station. Take a bus or walk (20-25 min) to Wolmido. Its a walkway....many shops & restaurants & amusement park.
Take the ferry to go the Island where the airport is. On outer parts of the island there are many beaches. And I think there are some local buses. You can check near the ferry dock - there is a map & also a tourist office there so you can ask them.
Easier way is to take the airport limousine bus that would take you to Eulwangri beach. You can check the airport website. Eulwangri is popular for young couples for dating - many restaurants are serving joge gui (grilled shells) and there are many motels. Water looks dirty to swim so people are usually looking at it.
If you want beach beach and some island - I suggest to go to the Incheon Ferry terminal and get on board on some ferry that is going to take you to islands about 2 hours away from the mainland. There are some that are even further like Bekryongdo (4+) which is also "famous" for being closes to NK which is kind of popular nowadays |

I agree 100%, and probably the best beach is Seopori Beach on Deokjeokdo, about one hour from Incheoon by ferry. Hurry, before it gets too cold to go at all. Even now, swimming will be a bit chilly, but doable if you're made of stern stuff. |
