You're going to buy a recruiter or you suggested that the school should buy the recruiter?

How much do they cost to buy?
Can't you just rent one?

Don't know about that branch, but from my experience here are a few pluses and minuses.

Plus

-pay was never a problem
-lesson plans are well layed out with (usually) everything you need for the lesson - books, CDs, flash cards, worksheets
-they give you a couple of days of paid training before you start

Minuses

-They moved me from Busan to Daegu after I had already arrived in Korea
-They had me sign a contract that's slightly different than the one they sent via email.
-If they want to bring you over without a visa and promise to send you to Japan ASAP, don't believe them. All of the FTs where I worked got jerked along for a couple of months.
-You will be sitting on the floor for the lessons.
-summer and winter intensives were splits. They had promised the FTs OT for doing these classes, but ended up only paying OT for hours over 30/week.

Misc

-Lessons are 80 minutes each. You'll spend the first 10-15 minutes doing "brain relaxation" excercises to music.

Make sure you talk to current and former teachers at that branch. The director makes a world of difference.

In short, there are worse places to work, and there are better places to work. Again, a lot depends on the director. Whatever you do, just make sure you have a visa before coming over.
