The annual Seoul Fireworks festival, which was due to be held on the 14th and 21st, has apparently been postponed due to this week's nuclear nuttiness. Ther's a pop-up message detailing this on the (Korean version of the) official festival website:

Enough things trip me up that I can't give a very good translation, but basically it says that the fireworks show which was scheduled for 10/14 and 10/21 has been postponed due to concerns at home and abroad over North Korea's nuclear test. The second paragraph asks you for your deep understanding while they try to settle on another time which will be problem-free.
