China seems to have reversed itself again on sanctions, saying the UN should not seek to punish North Korea, but to get it to return to 6 party talks:

is there anyway to boot the Chinese off the UNSC???

China it seems is just as much trouble as NK, they back all the rogue regimes of the world.

Of course they did, I hope people weren't thinking the Chinese could do anything else. They have garnered the international rep as the new superpower without quams about human rights and more importantly none of those ACLU types to bog them down with protests and such. If they cut N.K. then countries such as Sudan, Uzbekistan, etc would lose faith in their benefactor. And China doesn't want 22 million Korean refugees.
