I read on sparkle's blog that the girl from Old Boy aka 강혜정 aka Kang Hyejeong had some extreme plastic surgery done.
so...i went to see for myself.
Here's the before. not super hot, but real cute, with a unique face.
And here's the after...uh...well...still a unique face, i guess

looks like michael jackson was having a bargain sale on old chins...
frankly i'm not too clear on the details of this story because i don't have time to read up on it, but it's lighting up the korean messageboards.
what disappoints me is that she seemed like the kind of actress who was too cool and individualistic to get on the plastic surgery craze. I also heard that she said she looks different because lost some weight (cough). it's a classic korean actress plastic surgery excuse, but i'm sure in her case it's entirely true. |

that chin makes her look jank....why would someone go under the knife to get a big chin??

Are there Koreans of sufficient means too cool and individualistic to succumb to the "make me look more Western" craze? Surely there must be a few.

I had a tattoo removed. Wish that tattoo artist had asked for ID when I was 17.
Good thing to get it removed, for sure. I hated getting stared at in bathouses. |

Really? What was it? And where was it?

You know, with traditions falling by the wayside, I do feel there aren't nearly enough "Popeye-the-Sailor-Man" anchor tattoos on chicks' arms anymore.
But aside from tattoos, which aren't really surgery, who among you posters have gone under the knife?
