I've got a friend who wants to work in a hagwon since it will give her a good opportunity to be around other English speakers and she can study for the TOEFL during any free time she might have. She speaks fairly good English, so she would be able to communicate with children and parents without any problems.

Does anyone know of any openings, or how to find a job like this? She's busy with school right now so I figured I'd try to help her out. Also, what are the average salaries? I know my school pays 1million/month, and that's for about 40-45 hours a week. (my school doesn't need a secretary now, in case anyone is suggesting she work there)
