There are no hardware mods at present but you can flash the 360 with hacked firmware enables you to play burnt games.
You have to know which drive your 360 has first.
Flashing isn't for the faint hearted so be carefull and read up alot if you are going to go down that road.
Then there's "Stealth" patches which let you play online (Xbox Live) with burnt games.
From what I have learned so far,,,,,,there are 2 types of Stealth.
FIRMWARE STEALTH, and MEDIA STEALTH
The Samsung drives have both were as the LG drives only have stealth firmware.
So far getting a good 360 burn is not as simple as the old Xbox or PS2 burns are beacuse of checks and layer breaks on the disks. But with some reading it becomes easier.
