A rooftop place (amazing view) with living room, bedroom, and walk in closet for 250K won a month, awesome deal. Quiet area (dead end road) in Haebongchon (walk to Itaewon in 15 min.) One million won deposit (cheap). Everything in house goes for $500, includes gorgeous sofa set from egyptian embassy house, gorgeous pine table with three chairs, gorgeous antique dresser, not so gorgeous mattress with extra bedding, outside table, two lounge chairs, gorgeous 27" quality TV, beer fridge, all the kitchen stuff, a washing machine that works like a hot damn, and anything else kicking around ie. lamp, clothes hanger, extension cords, towels, and other stuff. The TV alone is worth $700 new. I've got photos of all things from all angles, email for the "series". Pre-fab home (everything but the ex), come and be comfy~
