Was going down the electic trolley ramp when I see at the bottom some lady with her kid in a stoller parked right at the bottom. The mother was doing something like moving the baby around or wiping his face... Anyways, as I come closer, I realized I can't stop the cart and it will hit the stroller or the woman. Another person behind me edged around mine and went ahead faster and nudged the lady out of the way just in time. Seriously, who stops for over a minute at the bottom of one of those things. Pure, absolute stupidity!

Its the same way they stop in the middle of busy doorways to do exercises swinging their arms over their head. I can't count the number of times i've seen this. At least in Korea you can just give them a nudge to make them move.

I think it boils down to them believeing they are the only people in the universe that matter or possibly exist. You see it in the way they drive too.
