I'm trying to organize all of my email addresses ever emailed/received on OUTLOOK.

Does anyone have any idea how to organize the thousand emails I have in my Microsoft Outlook?

None of them have been stored individually, so I don't think I can just EXTRACT so easily.

3 people knowlegeable about computers have not been able to resolve this. Please help if you know!

First, don't use Outlook, it's a security threat to your computer.

If you download and install Thunderbird, it will automatically import your emails, contacts, and settings. From there, setup some custom folders and drag and drop what you want into each folder category.

For the future, setup some custom filters to direct certain emails from certain users, or with particular keywords, etc into the folders that you want.

As a postscript, it sounds like you are an IE user. Either upgrade to the IE7 recent release or trash IE6 and go the way of Firefox or Opera (Opera is faster than Firefox for XP machines).
