Who knows... When you leave your job early, does toue employer have to go with you to immigration..or just give a letter and you go yourself?

Anyone done this, then tried to get back in without a visa and had probs with immi? (I am trying to get a new contract/visa, but may not have before leaving/coming back)

Any advice from those who have done this?

Here's some advice: learn how to use the Search function.

Anyways, as someone who's done this, no he doesn't have to give you a LOR but there are ways you might be able to extort it out of him, like I did.
