Loads of nightclubs, gym prices are very reasonable, but not the most 'happening' place!!!! Little out of the way too, but its connected to Seoul on the subway which helps a lot. What school are you planning on working at?

One might call it a low class scene of entertainment, but still there is stuff to do and you can always take the sub(a)way.

I like Guri. I haven't been through there in close to 8 months, I guess, but they were building a bunch of apartment buildings and new shopping centers. They're building up the areas around the new subway stops, so it kind of reminded me of a young Bundang.

I used to work at Reading Town in Guri City.

I found Guri a little out of the way, and I enjoy living in Seoul much better. There are a few good bars around, but you'll probably find yourself catching the bus into Seoul on your weekends.

There is a really good gym that is a five-minute walk from where you will be living. The prices are very reasonable compared to what I am now paying in Seoul.

The apartment is a little far from the school though. It'll take you about half an hour to walk to school.

If you have any other questions, PM me.
