I found a job with a very nice salary, however it doesn't provide housing. I have tried to study up a bit, and don't see how I would have key money in the tens of millions of won range. Basically, any words on what it is like looking for housing in Seoul? Good options? Not worth it? I thijnk I'd like my own place ... at least a studio with some sort of kitchen and bathroom.
Thanks in advance! |

It's been a while since I lived in Seoul, but when I did I found that W10 million opened a lot of doors. BUT there have been a lot of changes since then, and more and more landlords are accepting monthly rent arrangements. Don't despair just yet. I'm sure someone will come on who can give you more up-to-date details. |

Thank Ya-Ta, you've replied to a lot of questions I have been asking the past few weeks. If anyone else has thoughts to chip in, I'd greatly appriciate it. |
