If you eat at McDonald's, you are ignorant, apathetic or both. My two cents.

Can you imagine finding a dead rat in your burger?

I love McDonald's. I eat there 3-4 times a week, and KFC the other days of the week. What am I ignorant about? The scrumptious beef? The delicious fries? I am far from apathetic, I eat the burgers with zeal, and a smile on my face, while humming "Stars and Stripes."
By definition, you are the one who is ignorant about McDonald's, since you do not eat there.

So there.

I don't know what that means, and I don't care.

I like Mickey D's.

I like the fact there are people willing to defend McDonald's, but you are are still ignorant or apathetic.

Here's a few reasons why:

The nutritional value of the food is low.
The corporate practices of the company are dishonorable.
The treatment of the employees and the available benefits is substandard in comparison to the income of company.
The treatment of animals and the environmental practices of the company is horrible.
It tastes awful.

I've eaten McDonald's before, there's not much I haven't tried because you can't knock it until you've tried it. McDonald's sucks. Lotteria is worse. KFC is on the same level as McDonald's, but it does taste better.

If you still want to defend McDonald's, watch "Super Size Me."

If you want to eat McDonald's, good for you, but you are still apathetic after reading this.

black sabbath has a song called RAT SALAD.

therefore black sabbath is posthumously trying to kill an NFL employee, which can not, for one second, be contested as being a bad idea.

mcdonalds was merely the conduit. black sabbath wants to kill football. i'm sorry that cows had to die, but football fans/employees need to be killed too, and there are certain sacrifices the world needs to make.

Are you for real? Pointing people to an obviously biased experiment that has been countered numerous times?

I'm no fan of Mc D either, but you know, I don't tell people to go watch Jaws if they like to swim in the ocean.

Holy Jesus. 3-4 times a week as well as KFC. You eat fastfood everyday? I'm missing the sarcasm right?

I like the Filet of Fish Sandwich, which here I have to ask for as "Hwishibugah." Despite the linguistic disconnect, it tastes pretty as it id when I was 12, and that releives some of the cross-cultural stress factor.

They also play hiphop music, like, you know, all the time. I can sometimes groove on that. For an hour, at lunch, at least.

"Super Size Me" = documentary using certified doctors and statistical information. Biased, sure, but everything is.

"Jaws" = fictional story with a mechanical shark

Commenting on these opinions, I'll say

1) Yes, no one is disputing that it's not very nutritious. Please tell us something else we don't already know! Very Happy

2) If you make a broad statement about the company's dishonerable practices, please cite some examples. I guess you know much more than the rest of us because McDonalds has been able to keep a pretty good reputation worldwide.

3) I don't really agree here. I don't think they treat their emplyees any worse than any other company paying minimum wage. I worked there when I was 16 and found them to be very fair. I had free lunches. They paid overtime even if you worked just 15 minutes extra. They organized extracirricular activities like movie and bowling nights which they always paid all or some of. I know a lot of companies that pay minimum wage and give their employees squat extra.

4) I try to stay away from KFC because they were under investigation for animal cruelty in their chicken factory farms (and I don't believe the company ever denied it). Who wants to eat sick birds that were kept under inhumaine conditions? I'm sure cow factory farms aren't much better, but when you know something pretty much as a fact, it changes your whole opinion of the company.

Personally, I try to stay away from all fast food restaurants for my health. When you buy a Big Mac set, you're getting mostly grease and sugar.

Do you wear any clothes made by child labour? If you answer, I know you are lying, because the chances of you actually knowing is so slim I won't bother.

I always liked McDonald's Monopoly in the US. It has made me wanna tinkle in my trousers with excitement.

Nowadays, however, they stopped giving away so many freebies. They used to give free hash browns. With the free hash browns, you could win another free hash browns. It became an ongoing cycle sometimes!

Everytime I eat McDonalds, it feels like it's the first time going there all over again!
