I have read a lot about CDI. There is both good and bad. As a newbie, I am being given all the crappy offers. (But, I was told to run like hell from Wonderland and a couple of others.) There seem to be a lot of national holidays in Korea and two weeks of vacation. However, CDI, offers 7 days (I am assuming most of these are together). What I am curious about is national holidays; korean thanksgiving, christmas, budda's birthday (the old geezer), etc. I have read some posts saying that you work on all holidays at CDI. Is this an exageration or do you just not get as many holidays (but still get some)? The hours don't seem to bad (4 to 10), except you may get stuck on an earlier weekend shift. They seem to start at 2.2 million won with potential raises (up to 2.8 million won)? So, how about those holidays and long weekends?

They are open on National Holidays so you WILL be working!
There are no summer/winter breaks or vacations at all.

If you choose the salary option, which starts at a minimum of 2.2- you will receive only 7 paid days off for the year.

If you choose the hourly option, you may receive 7 UNPAID days off.

There are much better deals out there!
