it feels like my ovaries are exploding. aspirin isn't helping. ladies, any recommendations for something to beat the cramps?

I've never used aspirin. I've always been an advil/ibuprofen gal. Maybe try switching it up if you can't find anything stronger... Sorry, no more suggestions...

You can get naproxen sodium (Anaprox) at most pharmacies. It's a muscle relaxant commonly given for menstrual cramps, lower back pain etc.
