It's 11pm.

the time has not changed.

see Seoul: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/city.html?n=235

Don't go to work an hour late, folks.

A lot of folks seem to be under the impression the hour changed due to daylight saving b0ll0cks. It hasn't.

The time doesn't go back in Korea and it hasn't in the past 5 years.

Korea does not have daylight savings time.
Heck, check your cell phone and you'll see that the time has not changed.

You gotta admit though, it would be almost an acceptable excuse for a "dumb" foreigner. Your boss would just snicker behind you back...not fire you!
