Ah, just noticed it. It follows that old crazy western idea of daylight savings time. I was wondering why it was an hour early. Easily adjusted though.

FOr Windows XP,
double click the time on your taskbar. You will get a box that says "Date and Time Properties". Go to the "Time Zone" tab and under the map there is a checkbox. Uncheck it.

Yeah, I'm in Korea. That's why I was surprised. It was an easy click on the time in bottom right corner and another click to add an hour.

I have no idea why it followed DST, but it is all in English. Hell, non-Roman characters just show up as dark lines for me.

Guys, guys, guys, hang on a sec....has the hour even gone back? KBS and other TV stations' clocks say 7.13 - which is not inclusive of the hour having gone back. I agree that it should go back, but it doesn't appear to have done.

*confused as fook*

Mine didn't. I suppose I unchecked that box when I changed my regional settings, I don't remember.

Though this thread made me paranoid and triple-check.
