I heard that there is this ice cream or gelato-y substance that is sold in Korea. I love kimchi...but in that form?

ah, reality... courtesy casa gelato in vancouver, b.c.
oh and newsflash - eating it is a bad idea. really bad. kimchi=good. ice cream=good. the two together - a tastebud holocaust. don't do it.
