Can Breasts Ever Be Too Big?
Drew Barrymore and Jennifer Love Hewitt have one thing at least in common: they have full C-cup breasts of 350 cc. Full breasts are on an, ahem, upward curve in the West, but is the same true in Korea? Do women here covet the ample bosoms of their Caucasian counterparts? Plastic surgeons say no, since Koreans have a smaller frame. "Most women who want to undergo breast augmentation surgeries want to have B-cup breasts (250 cc)." ... That is why Koreans studying in Western countries often come back home during school holidays for their augmentations.

I've had big boobies, I've had small boobies aside from the prettier bras avialable in the smaller size ranges I see no difference.

They can be too big. My sis had a reduction years ago, and I read the doctor's recommendation to the insurance company.
Wish I could quote it here, but it's long gone.
Something like, "...large and pendulous breas+s, causing severe strain on the lower back..."
I always just thought she was full-figured.
