Can someone tell me what this page says?

I can understand blocking some sites in a PC Bang, BUT IT IS NOT OK TO BLOCK SITES TO MY PERSONAL HOME CONNECTION! It's not even sexual... you may have seen in the other thread that it's a good clean feces-based site where I discovered this.
Can you all watch porn with your Megapass connections? |

it's a service that all the ISPs in Korea have. they probably automatically signed you up for it when you didn't respond to an automated mail sent to your ISP address or something like that.
Anyhow give them a call and ask to have it deactivated. |

You are completely misunderstanding it.
It is a service you can _choose_.
Pay 3000 won a month per user ID and it will block naughty sites. |

The message doesn't say you have it; the message is offering it.
If you have it, just call and cancel it. |
