I have the international toll free number.... so what do I need to dial before I make the call to make it work??
Also how can I make a collect call in Korea??

For toll-free calls, skype might be helpful.
For collect calls dial these and ask the operator to connect,
Call using KT 00729-14
Call using DACOM 00309-12
DACOM for Mobile Phone service 00309-099
Call using ONSE 00369-14
Phone Booths Press red button, 03, then *

I have used ONSE service to make collect calls. |
