They are not in Seoul but you can do all your bussiness with them over the phone or by email....
Kangsantravel in busan
Just find them by google or pusanweb ad
I always use them and they were cheaper last time than the quote my korean friend got from my local Korean agency |

Check the sticky in the travel forum. Lots listed with names, locations, phone numbers and e-mail/web addresses. |
